Shipping Policy
We process orders within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and order volume, but most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
